General Wire G3-500 Gen-Eye3 Command Module with Color Monitor/VCR General Wire G3-500 Gen-Eye3 Features: No need to worry about an expensive TV and VCR bouncing around in your truck. The Gen-Eye Command Module packs a 9"" color monitor and VCR combination into a compact, fully padded design - for maximum protection from shock and abuse. A slide-out handle and wheels make it easier to transport the unit to and from the job. The Gen-Eye Command Module is guaranteed to make your job easier. The waterproof, fan cooled, high impact polyethylene carrying case operates in any of three positions: on its back, at a 45 degree angle, or at a 90 degree angle - for convenient viewing from virtually any work angle. The built-in DC power inverter lets you operate in remote locations far from an AC power source. Bothered by glare? Just snap on the handy four-sided sun shield to block bright light from any direction. The Gen-Eye3 Command Module combines a 3-watt transmitter - three times greater than other models - with a dual frequency transmitter (512 hz and 874 hz) to reduce interference and make camera location easier. The complete electronic package includes an LED dimmer control, picture inverter, voice over, on-screen distance counter (in feet or meters), date/time stamp, and built-in two line 31 character titler. Here's what the face of the Command Module control panel looks like. You have quick access to all these features that make your job easier: Built-in dual frequency 3-watt transmitter. No separate components to install or wire. The transmitter is built into the control panel. Just push a button to turn it on. Built in on-screen distance counter - in feet or meters. Lets you keep track of the amount of push rod you've fed into the line. It helps you zero in on the area to start locating the camera. Built-in titler. You get two lines, 31 characters each, to add your company name and phone number to every video you make. Make sure your customers remember who did the job. Built in Titler: On-screen date and time stamp. You can document the date and time of each job for your records. Turn videos into legal documents. Dimmer control. It lets you adjust the light level of the camera's LED's to match the size and reflectivity of the pipe you're working in. Picture inverter. No more standing on your head when the camera turns upside down. Just push the invert button and the picture is right side up again. Built-in voice over unit. Internal microphone and push on/push off button lets you add commentary to the videos you give to your customers. Or get an optional external microphone for noisy environments. AC/DC switchable. A built-in 12-volt DC power inverter allows you to operate in the field with truck power alone. Extra storage space. In the command module lid, there's room for AC and DC power cords, and sunshield. Other standard features include: Panel mount fuses, and a compartment under the TV/VCR that holds two tapes."
